February 9 - Greetings to all! Praise the Lord for your prayers at
work! This is the last trip diary; we are home.
Saturday morning was nerve-wracking getting checked-in at the San Jose
airport, but the Lord literally held the plane door open for us. Our bags
did travel with us, and we made it through immigration&customs in Houston
without any hassles. We got back safely to cool rainy Delaware at 11:15pm,
to be picked up by good friends Wally & Annette with their van and Jason
with his covered pickup for luggage. Bertha and Leilani had some
indigestion, and Melanie a head cold, but everyone was walking, and was back
in their own church Sunday morning. Thank-you, Lord!
The present plan is that we will lead the morning service at Calvary on
17Feb, and at Central on an early date to be determined. We plan to have
Mexican dinner and a slideshow at Calvary for the first Wednesday evening
after we finish Yancey's book on prayer, probably 5Mar, give or take a week.
